Founder of Medicine Horse Ranch, Alyssa Aubrey, Helps Restore Workplace Harmony.

Founder and Executive Director of Medicine Horse Ranch, Alyssa Aubrey, addresses the frequency of tension and confusion among corporate teams and reveals how Equine Guided Education can pinpoint and dissolve both returning teams to harmony and productivity.

TOMALES, CA – October 28, 2017 – Alyssa Aubrey, Founder of Medicine Horse Ranch and co-author of the best-selling book, The Road To Success, recently posted a new article on her website entitled, “Horses, Harmony And Productivity. Ms. Aubrey understands how disruptive tension in the workplace can be and talks about how horses can help restore harmony among co-workers.

Aubrey writes, “Have you ever heard anyone say, “The air is so tense you could cut it with a knife”? I often hear this when I work with corporate teams.” She continues adding, “One of the reasons corporate teams often come to engage in Equine Guided Education is that there is tension among the group that no other kind of training has been able to pinpoint, let alone diminish.”

As Aubrey points out, “This kind of tension in a workplace can be disruptive and lead to non-productive behavior. Working with horses is a very large, visual aid that will identify reasons for the tension and dissipate it right before your eyes.”

According to Aubrey, “Like electricity, as well as radio and television transmissions, which we cannot see, invisible thoughts and emotions make up the very air that we breathe.” She adds, “And when that air is filled with unkind thoughts, resentments, fear, dislike and other negative emotions, the air can get thick enough and tense enough to cut. That produces a non-harmonic, non-productive environment.”

“Horses are herd animals,” says Aubrey. She continues elaborating, “They have successfully navigated through the ages by effectively sensing the subtlest energetic changes in their environment. Horses don’t have the ability to reason the way we humans do. They rely on their senses and they instantly sense changes in the environment whether it is a predator or merely the behavior of a human that is inconsistent with what that human is feeling. If horses are out of harmony, there’s a darn good reason for it.”
